Rates, Bookings and T&C’s

BOOKINGS:

No walk in bookings.  All bookings to be made prior to arrival either by online booking system, email or phone.  Same day bookings closes at 5pm.

CHECK IN/DEPARTURE TIMES:
Check In: 14:00-20:00 (LATE ARRIVALS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT)
Check Out: 10:00

DEPOSIT POLICY
A 100% deposit is required when making a booking, in order to secure it.
Payments can also be made by credit card, direct deposit or electronic bank transfer , bank details will be provided on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

o Cancellations of any reservation cancelled 0-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.
o Cancellations of any reservation cancelled 8-14 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the full payment.
o Cancellations of any reservation cancelled 15+ days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit 0% of the full payment.

REFUND POLICY
All cancellations 8 days or less before arrival, will be liable for a 5% admin fee, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount and is charged in addition to any portion of the forfeited amount as indicated in the cancellation policy.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children can only be accommodated in the Family room (Queen Size Beds).  Babies can be accommodated up to age 2, in a camping cot.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking establishment.

PET-POLICY
We regret, no pets allowed.
